The course introduces the foundations for managing and analyzing high-dimensional data, with a focus on data structures in genomics, transcriptomics, and single-cell studies. It also covers methods for visualizing complex datasets, as well as techniques for data visualization and manipulation.
The course is based on 10 modules and exercises requiring approximately 9 days of work.
-
Day 1 – Module 1, Module 2 and exercise
-
Day 2 – Module 3 and exercise
-
Day 3 – Module 4 and exercise
