Breve Descrizione:

The course introduces the foundations for managing and analyzing high-dimensional data, with a focus on data structures in genomics, transcriptomics, and single-cell studies. It also covers methods for visualizing complex datasets, as well as techniques for data visualization and manipulation.

The course is based on 10 modules and exercises requiring approximately 9 days of work.

  5. Day 5 – Module 6 and exercise

Risultati Attesi:

At the end of the course, students will be able to independently inspect, handling and visualizing genomics and transcriptomics high dimensional data.
