OBJECTIVES:
The course aims to develop students’ skills in information literacy. Students will improve their ability to:
- set up and conduct a research project
- enhance the methodology to search and organise information
- evaluate and use correctly different types of sources
- manage bibliographic references in their papers
LEARNING OUTCOMES:
After completing this course, students should be able to:
- understand the goal(s) of their research assignment
- determine the information they need
- improve knowledge about the available types of sources
- better organise their research tasks
- use different research tools
- manage a bibliography
- develop creativity and critical sense.

Questo laboratorio è stato progettato insieme al Dipartimento di Management, allo scopo di offrire a studentesse e studenti un panorama sulle metodologie, sulla documentazione e sugli strumenti utili a trovare e valutare le informazioni per approfondire gli argomenti della tesi e a gestire correttamente citazioni e bibliografia.
Per insegnarti ad acquisire una metodologia abbiamo costruito un percorso di ricerca che attraverso otto unità ti condurrà per step successivi dalla scelta dell’argomento alla redazione del lavoro. Imparerai a strutturare una mappa concettuale, ad elaborare un quesito di ricerca, ad individuare e valutare fonti primarie e secondarie, a conoscere strumenti per l’analisi della letteratura e a gestire correttamente le tue citazioni bibliografiche.
