This course introduces PhD candidates and early career researchers to public engagement and science communication. The course explores how academic research can effectively interact with society, policy-makers, and diverse audiences, while also strengthening participants’ ability to communicate their work clearly and persuasively through different channels.

The course is organised into three modules that combine short lectures with practical activities:

Module 1 – Third Mission and Public Engagement
Module 2 – Public Speaking
Module 3 – Media and Science Communication
