This is the link to the start@unito MOOC course on English language and linguistics.  Have a look at units 4 and 5, which are about phonetics and phonology and try to do the final test at the end of both units. The questions there, together with the exercises at the end of chapter two in A Handbook of Present-day English are of the type as the ones you will find in the esonero test.
