This class is dedicated to the first year of the Master's in Viticulture and Enology, international curriculum.

It contains notions about wine yeasts and bacteria and how they affect and impact the quality of the wine. 

Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations will be studied in detail as the two main transformations that takes place from grape must to wine.
