The Enography teaching is held in the second year of the Postgraduate degree in Viticultural and Enology Sciences and it belongs to the domain of the Area of Economy, Marketing, and Enological Culture.
The goal of Enography is to supply knowledge on grape and wine production, winemaking methods and style, and history and diffusion of wines from different varieties and geographical regions.
